Privacy notice

What we collect

When you ask for an assessment review we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the property address, county, property type, and the folio number if you know it. We then pull the public county roll record for that parcel (assessed values, use code, size, sale history) so the review is about your property.

We also record how you reached us (referring page, campaign parameters) so we know which channels work.

How we use it

To prepare and send your assessment review, to follow up by email about it, and, if you engage us, to prepare and file your Value Adjustment Board petition. Some of the first review is prepared with the help of AI software that works only from the data above; a person reviews and approves every filing.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our email, document-signing, payment and hosting (each under contract to use it only for us) and with the county when we file on your behalf.

Email and unsubscribing

Every email we send about your review includes our contact details and a way to stop further messages. Reply with “STOP” or email info@abated.ai and we will stop.

Keeping and deleting your data

If you do not become a client we keep your request for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it. Client records are kept as long as Florida record-keeping rules require. To have your information deleted sooner, email info@abated.ai from the address you used and we will confirm within a few business days.
